I really have no clue I don't own one I just resigned memory card files that were already available I don't know if the mcp2 used a different container format when it comes to saves send me over a save that you know works and I could try rebuilding them based upon how I see them built

I will check with kelf tool though

Correct and I thought I had made sure every last image was rebuilt from scratch not just resigning the dongle images that were already online that were already a problem

I guess I'm going to have to redo them from scratch again because they were all extracted from scratch and given to me unsigned by krHACKen and then I ran your script on them so they should be all signed properly but apparently not I'll have to go through them and check them out

@El_isra should be able to add the keys to memory card annihilator to make it so you can dump it without the need for a Sony PS3 Memory Card Adapter

A lot of those if defor's archive.org collection don't boot I would recommend converting them from their CHD files from the mame collection but even then a lot of games don't work people did a lot of work dumping stuff for their private collections. but most of stuff public has some problems...

Civ.bin goes in the root of the SD card not under any folder, and you don't need to keep flashing and flashing firmware
