Ah, I see what you mean with the Hirose connector on the top board: Well, one could make an extension and mount the end extension piece flush with the top piece of acrylic. I just happen to have both male and female parts and contacts too ^^

For sure, it wouldn't be a million miles away from the [MiSTer Ironclad case] I made. That actually used the same tinted grey acrylic and had vented side panels with a fan. It wouldn't work with this particular product line though and would need developing. I've got a fair few other things...
