The AW have a dip to change from jamma to vga if I remember. But you need to check the video from the jamma to discard problems with that too. Also psu like nem mention can give some problems. That board is a little finiky.

Are you taking the image form the jamma or the vga? Did you tried both?

is displaying the image of the photo the pcb is clean and the b board is working fine with another a board. What could be the problem?

sometimes the diodes in the lines near the jamma go bad and don't let the signal pass.

Try using a neo diagnostic bios. That can give you a better info at what is failing on the board.

if you got no red check the contact on the jamma assign to red, if the contact is ok then start tracing back, to eliminate possibilities of a broken trace.

Some games need the coin meter to boot like Castle of shikigami. So it need to be spoofed even if you have it to free play.
