Thank you for the kind assessment of our community. :) The average we have observed recently is much closer to 40~50k yen (before fees etc. if proxying an auction). Tops Game is just generally priced at a premium, and not indicative of what people have been paying in general.

By all accounts it generally isn't, but ultimately this came down to the price the buyer and seller agreed upon. You can buy from Tops Game right at this moment for less due to current JPY-USD exchange rate, and Tops always has it priced well above average auction/buyout prices from Yahoo...
