Can’t supply a video. The image is shaking optically. If you look close, the right pixel (seems like a blue pixel) of a line is flashing on and off, creating this effect. So I thought about something in the blue circuit maybe causing this. It’s grounded correctly, but will check this out as well.

Thanks mate. Thought so too, cause the manual with parts is the same for MS8 29 and 25 version. Even the chassis itself looks quite the same.

So guys, after ruling out the areas and pulling random components out, I finally found the failure. So lucky. It seems like someone did a bad solder job in the past and lifted some pads on the small video PCB while changing a capacitor. I haven’t worked on this, cause I was to lazy pulling it...

I will bring up this thread again before trying the MS9 Chassis swap. Chassis had been at Technoservice two times, new Flyback, cause the old one didn't Focus anymore. There the chassis is running for hours. When i put at on my tube the problem still remains. after some secs or minutes picture...

Checked the diodes zd903 and zd904, both OL in one direction and 0.7…V in the other, out of circuit in diode test mode. Reflowed some suspicious joints. Nothing. Changed the last cap I didn’t, except the big one, tryed another IC. Still nothing. Some of the cracks here a hint what to check next?

I’ve checked every solder joint I did. All have continuity. My guess is a bad cap right now. Have reflowed part of the horizontal section as well. Or maybe a cap in the B+ section?

I have a 25FAR Nanao Monitor. Did a cap kit and everything worked for days. Then suddenly after running a couple of minutes white horizontal line, picture back then line again and shutdown into protection. Reflowed the section around the LA7832 IC and changed the IC. Picture for some seconds...

Okay, anyways I'm an original guy. Multi alone is okay, but need a mobo as well.
