These look nice! For it to print nicer, never do recesses on the surface that faces the printbed. The printer has to put supports there which leads to a bad surface. If you want to have an alignment help, just do a 1mm groove around where the label would sit.

I would take the stick apart and clean all the dirt, then regrease with lithium grease. Before you do, male a lot of pictures so you know where everything goes. Especially the orientation of the pots. The metal pieces that hold the pots have 2 screws. Do not tighten those. Just screw them in...

I had a korean board from a friend that had the female/male connectors switched, so it would not fit the multi. I had to desolder all the connectors and flip them around for the multi to work. Make sure yours is the right way around if you want to install a multi.
