Hello all,

i have a ninja baseball korean version that i don't use, i want to convert it to R-type leo.

Do you think that's possible or was this done before?

2 layers. I think i found the pdf for the multi and it will work. But conversion i am not sure yet

The problem is i can't match the roms to understand how it works.
The 1mb roms are halfed, but when dumping then comparing, i find only IC35 is first half of 42 (on original dump), but nothing for the rest of the 42, and all of 43, 44, and 45.
Basically this is what matched for now :
(Right is korea, left is world) IC1 = IC9, IC2 = IC10, IC10 = IC8, IC16 = IC11, IC17 = IC12, IC35= first half of IC42, IC36 = IC33, IC37 = IC34, IC48 = IC32 and IC49 = IC31.
No match for IC 24, 31, 32, 33, 34, 38, 44, 45 and 47 on the korean?
Matbe this will help someone someday.
I think this game romboard is either another Korean revision or a bootleg.
Mother board is an original A-B board though.

Arcaderompatcher is a great resource.
Use the donate link if its handy.
Not a bad idea for a multi.
Even gunforce can be r type leo.

Ooof!! That's cool! Because I love Gunforce and if someday I'll decide to catch a multi I still can play it.

I had a korean board from a friend that had the female/male connectors switched, so it would not fit the multi. I had to desolder all the connectors and flip them around for the multi to work. Make sure yours is the right way around if you want to install a multi.

In my case it’s only the rom board that is korean. The
Motherboard is a standard jap one
