    My Ongoing Monitor Repair Logs

Agreed ^ Been enjoying this thread, and the straightforwardness of the info here. It's also great to see repair logs of chassis that aren't usually talked about. I've got a few Neotec's that are on my workbench waiting to be repaired. Some of the info here on the various neotec chassis' you...

Aero City - flooded, forgotten, found.

Yes, mine is rotated counter-clockwise. A majority of the vertical arcade games are rotated CCW. Namco games are mostly clockwise, though. Among others. But it really doesn't matter if you install a yoke flip switch that changes the polarity of your yoke connectors. I have one in my tate Aero...

    New Namco System 2 Multi

Are the Steel Gunner games supported on this? They are A/D gun games like Operation Wolf or Rambo, not light gun. Should I get into Naomi ?

Reballing BGA's was one of the main things Ken was doing with repairing Naomi's for the last decade. Aside from the regular fixes like bad buffers and supercap replacements. I heard that he doesn't even offer the reballing service anymore because of the time consumption and unreliability. I...

Should I get into Naomi ?

If the BGA solder is cracked? The Naomi will not function. Period. You'll get a black screen, no boot, etc... Prevention is tough. There's not much you can do. Arcade hardware is a ticking time bomb. Eventually, things fail. I just suggest: - When storing the Naomi, do it horizontally so...
