    @majorspawn The cheapest I found for those ram chips is getting them from an ATI 3D Rage II video card. Just make sure you get the right packaging for the chips because there are a couple.

    It's very close to the Saturn so you can look at the schematics for the Saturn and you could find out what you're looking for.

    Sega ST-V Titan PCB revision with cable question

    I finally found the issue on my board. That was cracked solder on the CN5 connector. Playing with it, I was randomly able to boot into the bios. I did resolder the entre connector along with all other 3 and all is fine now. Ordered the Darksoft multi and now enjoying games!!! Pitou!
