I ended up just using custom resolutions in the ini file for cores that dont play nice with my CRT. Eg the midway cores and the system 18 cores, does the trick though it isnt a native output and scale and timing is off slightly to match the crt My cps1 connector wasnt the best built connector...

I ordered some Exceleena CP and am very happy with the outcome. Ordered beginning of April, so roughly 7 or so weeks before shipping which doesn't seem very long to me. Heck I've still got to order buttons and sticks ha! Can't wait to fit everything onto the cabs. Thanks alot @alberto1225
