Home life (and my day job) got in the way… in a good way! Somehow 2023 and 2024 just FLEW by. I’ve just been underwater busy. One day I’ll be able to put more time back into the arcade life, maybe another batch later this year in time for the holidays?

I never found a solution unfortunately. Reflashing after each boot is the only way to play games for me. I confirmed it was the same on a second unit a friend has. Neither of us has ever seen one of these Multis actually boot up a game without needing to reflash it after a power cycle.

Solved. THANK YOU EVERYONE!! I’m a doof and didn’t see the model number and assumed it was a PFX. It’s a 29e31s NOW… to find a schematic/manual and figure out how do I get VGA in here :p

I’m fine with a 31khz only monitor, I can totally use scalers if I wanted to… I just want VGA hooked up to this fucker. 😂 I pulled it out of a stack of boxes that all had standard PFX monitors I’ve been using in other cabs, and it had the same box… so I didn’t even look at the models on the...

My universal brook boards are powered in my Vewlix, the lights are on. 🤷‍♂️ I’m using the 20 pin connector into a pass through from Lemony. I usually have the front open to flip some other switch so I turn consoles/PC on with their case buttons.

Arrived! Leatherette looks even nicer than last time, definitely thicker than the stools even, I can’t imagine doing damage to these. /chefkiss Now to assemble and get em out to the group.
