Looks like my pot adjustment tool isn’t narrow enough to get deep enough to hit the pot inside the PSU. Bought another one on Amazon hoping it works. Adjusted a little with the power off with a regular screw driver still no love. Picture messed up after about 10 mins of being powered on.

Sigh looks like the voltage adjustment didn’t fix my issue. Could it be a bad flyback transformer? Gonna try to adjust voltage again.
