You should have a 838-14592 servoboard. If that's the case, it's RS422, and you just need a USB to RS422 dongle to drive it. PC -> USBtoRS converter -> CN2 of the servoboard (with the correct pinout). That's it for FFB. But you still need an Arduino based solution like a Mega Adapter to have...
