i got all the parts to make them, but didn't end up buying the programmer to do it. They are a lot of work to make and time consuming. I know nem and lemony both completed them maybe they would be happy to do them. If you want to attempt it the link is below...

If your blast has a 001 loom then you don’t need a dedicated psu. If you don’t then you could use a Sun psu, or an Atx psu with an adapter. You’ll need ether a Sega I/o or capcom I/o. People say the capcom I/o adds 1 frame of lag although I run it and never noticed. You’ll need a printer style...

Ya if Mitsu did them he's the man, he would have tested them before they left his place. He also sells cards. If he doesn't have any let me know as I have a few available that are confirmed working.

Did the dimm set up you have ever work or did you just try it for the first time?
