Why would I do that when I could just buy the fan with the right connector? What I needed was a two pin connector, there are a few different styles though so you need to make sure that you are buying the correct one. It took a little research but I was able to find one on Amazon, and it is now...

Thanks for the explanation/instructions @skate323k137 After adjustment I had an "error 21" the first power up. The second power up froze at 72%. The third time it worked! So the adjustment was definitely an improvement. My cheap harbor freight meter was fluctuating between 5.9-5.11 on the 5...

Is there a guide for doing this. I am good at following instructions, but haven't been able to find a guide with any of my searches. I have a Sun Electronics power supply model 400-5397-01.

I have a Naomi system with a GD-Rom drive that I use to play CvS2. It is awesome once it finally works, but getting it to work is a huge pain. It will frequently freeze in the "loading game" or "checking memory" setup or displays errors 21 and rarely 22 when it does happen to finish...

I'm proud to report that it was a successful installation, and the monitor is now working perfectly! I am so glad that I decided to repair this myself. With the wealth of knowledge online and on this forum it was a piece of cake! Thank you to everyone for all of your help! :)

On my chassis the capacitors are labeled only on the top of the board and not the bottom where I need to solder. Is there a trick to easily find where they pass through?
