Found the culprit (other than my self for a lack of quality control :) ) it was the eeprom in U6 (U10) a 27C801 who was faulty (I don't know for what reason since I've checked it good once after burning it) Replaced it with a new one and my cart is working good 🙂 Thanks for the help

CPU code EPROMs located at U8 and U10 : checked = Ok Region free modded BIOS : checked = Ok I'll double check the voltage regulator (5v to 3.3v) after work since last time I mesured 3.9v (I don't know why) can someone point me to the right spots to connect my regulator to (5v and GND) ?

IC22 is fine, socket is fine (continuity checked) Using a probe I have even low or no signal on all the data lines (input and output) I mesured the VCC and it's fine (got lower than 5V at first but then I adjusted to 5.00V) I mesured the 5V in other locations on the cartridge and it was fine...

Just to let you know, I got no chance, 9 out of 10 IC's were bad. I received new IC's and tested them : everything works great. So the adapter is good I just wasn't lucky I got a bad batch of new 26L6420

I did it with same result, but it was late and I was tired, I'll try it again tonight and double check everything.

I tried with a japanese bios only (23605C): same issue I don't have a cartridge rom test (I'll try to make one if easy) Yes, the dude replaced all 9 IC's : same issue

Ok, good to know. I already ordered a New batch of 26L6420, I'll test when I receive them The ones that I have, when I read them I have 00 in some first rows of offset then it change in FF until the end Could it be something else that I'm doing wrong ? Thanks
