are you talking about the Taito board?

If so yes, but this multi supports 5 games and all 5 games came on this same board. part of the testing will be to see if I can get a 6th game supported that did not come on this board, but we'll see how it goes :)

Yes that's the one. Hopefully it is a simple fix to mod it to be "dash" capable.

So this is a multi for Taito Asuka hardware. System 16 incorrectly labels this as Bonze Adventure hardware, but Bonze adventure is actually a bit of a different architecture from the rest of the games and is not really compatible.

Currently it supports:
-Asuka & Asuka (World Version)
-Asuka & Asuka (Japan Rev 1)
-UN Defense Force Earth Joker
-UN Defense Force Earth Joker (Prototype)
-Galmedes
-Maze of Flott
-Kokontouzai Eto Monogatari

Any of the above games can be used as donors, they all shipped on the same Taito "K1100388A J1100169A" labeled PCB. I have seen some release of Earth Joker on a different board Rev, I'm fairly certain it would be compatible but I don't own one to check for sure.

Cadash has 2x the RAM and 2x the CPU clock speed and also has network link function to link 2 PCBs together.

unsure if the network hardware has to be present to boot. there is a version that was released without the link hardware but I don't believe it's been dumped.

there are some other minor differences too

Bonze Adventure uses completely different sound hardware, adds in C-Chip protection hardware and utilizes a tc0140syt Taito custom which functions as a centralized a interrupt timer among other things.

So... can Cadash be used as the basis of the multi?
