There's a fair bit of talk about 15/24kHz stuff in [this] thread over at AO. The wiring diagram + parts list for the kit above is in [this] post.
Note, I'm no EE. I just try shit and if it doesn't blow up, great!
I made quite a few of those kits using those parts and didn't have any issues but YMMV.

I've not made those for many years and have no plans to make any more I'm afraid. I've posted links to the parts list and wiring diagram if you or someone else wanted to make your own.
I have a spare I can sell. PM sent
