Thanks @AlxUnderBase . I did used to make a 15/24kHz kit too as well as the yoke flip kit:

There's a fair bit of talk about 15/24kHz stuff in [this] thread over at AO. The wiring diagram + parts list for the kit above is in [this] post.

Note, I'm no EE. I just try shit and if it doesn't blow up, great! I made quite a few of those kits using those parts and didn't have any issues but YMMV.
