Converting GDROM NAOMI games to cart.

Hi all,

I bought a cart with 2 games, virtua tennis 2 and capcom vs snk 2, i am using multibios. When i turn on the cabinet, i can play vt2, but I dont know how to change to play cvss2 in bios meny. Can Anyone help me? I have un mount the cart and there are only 6-7 memories.

I believe those multi-game carts require a special multi-game bios (not to be confused with the "multi-region" bios for changing regions). and the game is changed by toggling the dip switches on the filter board.
 
Seller sent me a bios I have installed, but he said i shoul see a bios menu where change the game but i dont see nothing. He didnt tell me nothing about dips.
 
this is my 2 in 1 cart, i dont understand why somebody changed mvsc2 by virtua tennis 2. I would like have the original 2 in 1 cart, mvsc2 and cvss2. But I dont know how to change a game by other, i dont know in the board whats each game.

Hello,
I'm trying to flash a 26L6420 (SOP44) with my Sanni Cart Reader V3 (using the latest firmware), using the 26L6420 adapter (SNES cart type). How do you set the 4 switches ? Also, what menu are you using on it ? erpom or the 16 bit one ? I can't find a single info about the 26L6420 on Sanni's github page so your help would be very appreciated.

I want to sum myself to the previous question. I'm going to make Sanni rev V5, and want to try to flash 26L6420. How can be done?
 
What Atomiswave games can be done through cartridge conversion? Dolphin Blue has been done, but games like Metal Slug 6 Violent version or Knights of Valour 7 Spirits?
 
I want to show some light about Naomi cartridge conversions. When making my Ikaruga and Dolphin Blue cartridges, I tried to quit the security custom for seeing if netboot roms succesfully make this aviodable. And yes, they haven't to be there.

So, in addition of no being necessary security custom on converts, this could open the gate to even repair original cartridges whose security customs are broken, using the decrypted CPU info inside the netboot roms.

A friendly reminder for anyone that Atomiswave roms don't have self-test for seing if the masks are good, so if the cartridge breaks, you will never know for sure what is broken (XILINX, level shifters, masks, buffers...).

Also, GDROM roms converted to netboot don't make self tests right, and that needs to be changed by someone who knows how to do it.

I thing this is a good proof-of-concept project to do, but without the correct adapted roms to use and the unkown risk in Atomiswave games...I think I will pause this until that moment arrives.
 
Hi again. Anyone knows where to find Ikariga IC22 patched for self-test and game test mode? I have seen the chinese selling them, it would be good to dump the IC22 they are using
 
Hi. Can I ask a little guide for making a Guilty Gear XX Accent Core conversion on M4 cartridge? I have made a few M2 conversions and I know how to touch checksum headers.

The issue is I don't know where to touch on the netboot rom to make a good self test If I split the rom in 64MB files. I want to be sure before trying to convert the M4 cartridge and begin to solder all.

I have managed to make a perfectly working Ikaruga rom with test menu and correct self test on M2 cartridge, and using a 27c160 on IC22 instead 27c322. I don't mind to share it here if someone can help me with that M4 conversion info.
