Some of the 2-slot have bigger PCBs and the power loss is bigger than with the 1-slot. Also notice that the cart draws more current than an original cart, so if your 2-slot as a good PSU and is recapped, you should be good. I recommend however a 1-slot or a 4-slot which usually work better and with less loss than the 2-slot.
