Atomiswave jamma to rgb modded JVC issue

You should really buffer the Jamma edge RGB lines due to the impedance mismatch as mentioned by @notsonic. The issue was the TV turning off on the Atomiswave logo? Which is almost all white?

Atomiswave jamma to rgb modded JVC issue

RGB should be 0.5v for VGA, so doesn’t sound like it should be a problem… Sync is TTL level and needs to be attenuated for sure. How are you measuring the levels wrt spiking?

Atomiswave jamma to rgb modded JVC issue

Check your voltage maths here: Voltage Divider Calculator Believe vga sync should be 5v, so perhaps shift out the 510ohm for 1.2k instead… Sync should be 0.7v or possibly lower… I forget.

Atomiswave jamma to rgb modded JVC issue

What resistor value do you have on the sync line? Not sure what is needed with the mux mod, but 1.4v sounds too high. You could use a simple voltage divider to half that output, or adjust the current value to reach the correct level…

Type X3 video card and CPU upgrade

The Atrax image contains different drivers that should cover you. Just install the new card, and boot up. Leave it for a short while. Everything will be wrong resolution wise etc. After a reboot or two it should sort itself out.

Any guides for MV1AX Mods? (Stereo, Battery)

Schematics are shared in that thread, as are some links to shared projects on OSHParks. Not sure if anyone is selling assembled amps or not… you may have to ask around.

Any guides for MV1AX Mods? (Stereo, Battery)

Think so. Shows the tap points at least. There are more advanced amp designs available now, like the MLK amp. Main issue is the soldered bios making a Unibios upgrade difficult.

Minigun Supergun - An Open Source Supergun

Quite sure the Minigun is only outputting RGBS, so no component without a transcoder @ph4ntomlord The video out from the Minigun does indeed want to go to that wiring harness (the vga, rgbs pins and harmens are all the same input more or less…). You can connect the Jamma boards directly to the...
