Just designed one of these up for the PGM too as I need to replace the original battery on mine.

I have a few TD-IO that I have built. Better than a Capcom aa they can power a netdimm setup off the jamma edge and supossedly have 0 lag.

With input from @pomegd I managed to get a connector that fits better. Really happy with the results.

Yes that is correct. With the unit unpowered check the ohms reading over all your resistors. You can probably work out which ones have more to do with video, check there first. Front and back of the board. You shouldn't need that 150ohm resistor.

Check everything on the back of the pcb particularly R11
