I've read all the threads and just mis-interpreted the use of the CD version of the bios. The CD functionality is only there to program the ORIGINAL SIMMS, which is where I tripped up. It is possible to program those, just not the UltraSIMMs. I've read the guide and it all seems fairly...

My UltraSIMMS just came in. I have flashed the BIOS in the card with the UltraBIOS + CD support. The menu appears correctly, but when I try to write a game it gives me ERROR 23 error writing between 2-4%, am I doing something wrong?

I ordered it from OSHPark and selected the 'After Dark (Black Substrate + Clear Mask)' option. Here it is 'fully' assembled.

Does anyone know if the 12V line can be removed if you are using HDMI and not utilizing the sound amp in the CPS2? I've received the Jamma connectors and board from OSHPark. Now I just have to wait for the remaining parts to be received from Digi-Key. Thank you RGB for sharing this project.

I received the HAS V4 earlier this week and it is great! It looks like there would be space to place a de-populated/modified OSSC in place of the HD15 header for HDMI integration in the future too. Thank you RGB for all of your awesome work!

Have you tried the 'powering it up with the volume down depressed trick'? I don't think this will work though as you say you are getting audio through the RCAs. Although my board is different, the IC is the same.

Yes it supports audio. The audio is generated from the IC I have highlighted in my install. Try testing the audio in the configuration menu.

Does that mean all CPS1 games can be converted, even with sound? Does ' Hyper SF2 sound driver ' mean you utilized the code from the anniversary edition or that you wrote your own sound driver? I've seen these projects dotted around these forums and I've fascinated by them.

When I received my multi I installed the key writing jumpers and flashed the firmware at the same time. Luckily nothing bad happened. Quick question... Is there any way to save the hi-scores for every game after the unit is switched off?
