You need EP-Rom B board !
Now its time to understand third player mapping.
I really dont know Asian or World, i take a picture of settings but there isnt any info about it.
What board you have ? with 2 or 4 ic ?
If you have two ic 1j and 1l this is the only version aroud, if you have 4 ic motherboard you can get the other dump that seems Asian:
Checking here there...
On my last board Tekken 2 seems i have custom C352 audio chip broken.
Its work at boot for 1 second, i can hear "GoodMorning" simetimes when its really cold, but after that audio gone and it will go on "initializing" screen.

If moving card is not changing line, get a logic probe and test zmc or replace it.
Here my example of zmc broken:

Hello Guys,
Today I got my hands on an old working bootleg of Double Dragon.
From what I remember this version has a different audio than the original, the crc of the files corresponds exactly to this version:
Double Dragon (bootleg with 3xM6809, set 1)
Unfortunately the game is not emulated on...
its not, i didt get any pins error on reading it.
Check the original file from the other romset:
the first thing you notice, and that in the version I shared, is that the rom check screen is completely bypassed.
in the original bootleg version this screen is present...
