In need of the 153 smd Straightened the pins out but It was smashed in when I got it so I assume it was powered up this way, it’s gets burning hot (able to burn you) so it’s def shorted.

I have a beastorizer pcb here and when you turn it on it goes through the colour bars as if it’s going to start, then just black screens when the starting warning screen should come up(pictured from YouTube) Does this suggest the top rom board isn’t being recognized?
