The white cable must go on narrow, the black one goes on the neckboard. In my case, the white was on narrow and the black on wide, which led to image errors.

Hi guys simple question on my Nanao MS8-29 there are two pins one is labled narrow and the other is labled wide. there are two cables, a black one cominf from the ground cable and a white one from the chassis. please tell wich cable comes on wide and wich on narrow. thank u !!!

The Jumper was on the 15khz spot. Switching him to 25khz fixes the problem.

Hello, I have a Blast City here, everything is great only above left and below left corner the image is blurred and the colors are not correct. In addition, the image draws an arc upwards in the middle. Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this ? Thanks

I took the monitor out and then tried to adjust it. I noticed that 4 pots are dead. Among others SPC and SPC15. No response.

Thank you for your message. I have now turned on the SPC and SPC15 but it changes absolutely nothing. I think I can't get around taking out the whole monitor and then turning the pots directly when the monitor is on.

I now assume that it only works if I do this while everything is turned on right ?
