Now that I took a closer look at it I guess I can spot one of a major problem - seem like someone have had a fiddle with this before - hiding in plane sight (if there isn't any good reason fot the bios to be in opposite direction that the silkscreen indicates?) I guess this means a fried bios...

I think the one I have is a 14/15" or there about :) (can't remember exact as I don't have cabinet right where I'm at now :) ), but schematic seem to be much the same, without having looked to much on it yet :)
