Not currently, @Hammy had started on it but it is a ton of work to do manually and best handled by an automated process. I believe @iq_132 was looking at it too.

I put together a mounting board that fits the pegs used by the original WeiYa 3129DB remote board and allows fitting a Sanwa PFX remote board in its place. The following additional materials are used to affix the Sanwa PFX remote to the mounting board: 2x M3 6+6mm male-female nylon standoff...

One should check the datasheets to confirm, but as far as I know they are pin compatible yes. Here's an example - the P12 means it is rated for 12MHZ https://www.ebay.com/itm/325543020112

There are Motorola branded 68K CPUs in 64DIP configuration though.

If you are going to change CPUs I would put in a socket while you are at it rather than soldering the new one in directly.
