I just tested with my CPS1 with an HDMI out - worked fine (as expected). obviously the optional volume up and down don't work - and i wasn't able to test the kick harness - but no reason to believe that wouldn't work.

Got it - I only ever used JAMMA out - so didn't realize that CPS1 didn't also go out the RCA jacks. Thanks!

What does this do? I read it a few times, and am not sure what audio its merging. I know stock, both qsound and CPS1 games output via JAMMA just fine - I haven't checked but assume they output via the RCA jacks just fine as well? Matt

Well - I just did a brand new install of mister and mistercade, from scratch - same issue. All I can assume is that the core just doesn't recognize P2 start, and maybe the entire two player thing at all.

strange - I just tried another chip, and got this with Parallel NOR mode and I get this if I go into NAND mode But I am not getting what I see in the 1.2 instructions - which is this:

getting closer - firmware updated, and its recognized now by the app. But it can't see the flash chip. I chose "Parallel NAND flash" as from the 1.2 instructions it seems like that is it, and hit F1 - but I get this. Parallel NOR is the same and here is the chip

Hi Folks - having a weird issue with my mistercade. Running Donkey Kong Everything works great - but 2 player start isn't recognized.... even if I go to the menu and remap the keys. Is there a dip switch or config something that would invalidate/ignore P2 start?
