Yeah, the image displays normally when I bring up the OSD it's solely the OSD that freaks out. It's super difficult to change the settings because I can't really see it.

I do keep it at 640x480, but it's just the OSD menus and messages that spazzes out. It's really weird and looks super glitchy. I might make a post about it in "Monitor help".
