If the motherboard revision is identical, you might swap the top part of the PCB to see if it isn't a contact issue. Also, maybe you could give us a look at the battery area, front and back, to see if it looks good or not

Did anyone succeed in playing this image with a Type X3 ? I'm getting a weird issue where i can see Windows desktop with a black TGM3 window flashing on and off quickly, and it stays like that forever.

Vacum isn't recommended though, it build a lot of static which isn't great for PCB / Ic's on the board. It won't instant kill it, but it is something to avoid in most cases

Neat ! You can probably stick that HDMI converter inside and use a small extender. Even cooler would be to have one of theses cheap HDMI cloner, and stick the output to a PCI-looking backplate for Dual output 😂
