    WTB Hard Drivin'

Hi, I'm in the market for a Hard Drivin' arcade game. Any cabinet version really, I'm not picky. I live in Columbus, Ohio and would of course go to pick it up if it's relatively close (not worth it for me if it were in California). Thanks, Matt

    Upside down picture question

Yeah it really seems like a bad idea. Thanks for the help. I don't even really need to worry about that anymore as I manually flipped the connectors and everything seems to be good now.

    Upside down picture question

Yeah I actually ended up having to flip both horizintal and vertical yoke connectors on the board side (as opposed to the monitor side). It worked out fine. I first discharged the tube using the screwdriver method, while wearing rubber gloves for good measure. It worked out great. I am still...

System 16 to JAMMA interface question

I just had an epiphany. Disregard my question because is really doesn't matter now. I will restore the missing wires on the JAMMA harness ones i hook it to the 6 way JAMMA switcher and remove those same wires going from eSWAT pcb to 6 way switcher. I got it figured out. Thankyou for your help

System 16 to JAMMA interface question

No the 9 pin harness, coming off of the Sega to JAMMA interface, goes to the front of the cabinet where it controls speaker, "test", and "service". So essentially, instead of using the JAMMA harness for the test and service functions, this setup uses that 9 pin harness coming from the interface...

System 16 to JAMMA interface question

Hey guys, my question is this- I have a eSWAT cab that is a conversion, it was originally a standard JAMMA cab. The JAMMA harness is still there and is connected to the SEGA pcb through an interface but the wires for pins 15 (TEST) and R (SERVICE) are missing. The test and service options are...

    System 16 high scores

Hey guys I was just wondering if there is any way to retain high scores on eSWAT, Dunk Shot, Alien Syndrome, etc? There are high scores lists but once the power is cut to the cabinet, they are of course lost. Thanks Matt

    Upside down picture question

Interesting. I didn't realize there were kits for this situation. Also, how high is the voltage going through the yolk connectors that I would theoretically switch?

    Multigame JAMMA options

Hey guys i have an old eSWAT arcade cabinet (game works). Everything is original including original 19inch crt monitor and mono speaker. wanted to get a jamma switcher and hook up some sort of multi game board such as a Pandora. Any suggestions for multigame jamma board? Any input would be...

    Upside down picture question

Hey guys, I scored this machine yesterday. I know it's not exactly a super sought after game but it means alot to me! Anyway, my question-It's obviously a conversion because the harness is JAMMA which goes to an adapter then to the Sega 16 pcb. The ESWAT game looks and works just fine. But I...

    Hello from Columbus, OH

A couple friends I play with here in Columbus. I'm sure there's more around if I would get ambitious and try to look. One of my friends, Carlos is pretty damn good at UMK3. He's I'd say in the top 5 (maybe top 3) players at tournament and he's an EXCELLENT teacher as well. I'm awful at teaching...

    Hello from Columbus, OH

Yeah man I went last year and I'm going this year for sure. I'm not really that good compared to some of the others but it's still a blast. They used to have small Monday tournaments at 16-Bit bar which was alot of fun. I feel really fortunate that there are so many arcades around here within...

    Hello from Columbus, OH

Hey everyone I'm obviously new to the site. I have had an interest in old arcade games for as long as I can remember. I currently have a dedicated Mortal Kombat 1 cabinet and a dedicated NFL Blitz 2000 cabinet. My short term plans are for the MK cabinet. I would like to keep the guts of it all...
