Update: I received working unit,i scoped and traced sync signals. Now they are identical in both boards, still sync is ”lost” (14.7kHz). What i chaged from the first board was sn74ls163 chip, now the sync out is stable 14.7kHz. Next try will be to make an external sync circuit. More info we i...

Tried that grounding wire, no help. Still same issues with sync. Scooping continues...

Ill try grounding. I managed to get working unit, so i can scope and compare signals. I can share those if needed
