No, it's the holes above the blue circles. One is enlarged so you can slide the control panel in place. The ones inside the circles are for the vertical shipping brackets.

SPC15 on the chassis. It's easily adjusted now that the monitor is rotated. Just open the service door and look for the pots on the bottom side of the chassis.
