I just got a NAC. The monitor (MS8 ) worked at the seller yesterday and when it got picked it up today, every PCB I have end up with an image like this. The seller had an IGS PGM to test with and so do I. My PGM works fine in my Blast. I'm not familiar with CRTs at all.

I have a lead on a NAC with a MS8 where the seller claim bad juice from the PSU especially with CAVE PCBs (I'm going to use it with CAVE PCBs). Is this a general issue with NACs or can I simply replace the caps of the PSU PCB and be on my merry way?

I'm looking for the elusive Ultracade UVC downscaler to hook up a XBOX360 and/or other VGA capable device to a blast city. I'm mostly interested in running 15Khz ports in native resolution hence not interested in the 31Khz capability of the blast city at this time.
