golden axe

Hello, I'm repairing this golden axe bootleg. Initially characters sprites were missing so after reflashilng almost all roms(no stickers) I replaced the broken74hc138, the ls298 which was broken and the resistor missing and now the characters are missing but removing the ls189 they reappear...

One that might be easy to do, and offer a whole lot of absurdly great classics. Top (rom) board just has some decode logic and a few pals. Everything is dumped, and also decrypted. Besides Golden Axe, Shinobi and Altered Beast, this system holds more greatness. With a little bit more RAM it can...
