システム256 Taiko Drum Master I/O boardについて

I'm using an Iona-us I/O board to play system256's Taiko Drum Master. However, no matter how many settings I try, I can't get it to work. In test mode, the item selection, confirmation, and coin functions work, but nothing else works. When using a Sega I/O board (U-SEG-CVT), the taiko drums are randomly repeated. I don't have a manual, and I can't find any information online, so I have no idea why. Does anyone have an Iona-us configuration file for system256's Taiko Drum Master? Or a game manual? If so, I'd appreciate it if you could provide it to me.
