I was at a local retro arcade a few weeks ago and was playing some light gun games with my nephew. I forgot how much fun light guns can be and it made me want a light gun setup at home. Looking around online I found that the Namco Guncon2 can be made to work with MAME so I grabbed a couple off of eBay and decided to try to run them on my New Net City. So far I haven't had time to figure out the whole driver situation with Mame, but I have played some TimeCrisis 2 on PS2 through my NNC and it's working great.
I wanted to mount some holsters for the guns to the left and right rails of the cab. so I came up with this 3D printed design. I clips onto the rails and is secured with one of the rail cover screws.
It also has cutouts for a USB extension and an RCA jack so the controllers can be plugged and unplugged easily and can be cable managed without losing much length. I haven't finished installing the RCA jack or running wires yet so it's not pictured, but you probably get the idea.
If anyone wants to print it I uploaded the STLs for the left and right holsters, as well as the STEP file if you want to modify it for other light guns. It's on Thingiverse https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7210482
