A Board suddenly not booting

Hello,
I recently hooked up my cps2 A+B board to my supergun, powered it up, and everything was working fine, then when I powered it off, came back to it, and turned it on again, it no longer boots. No solid colour or anything, just no video output it seems.

Supergun setup is working with another board, so it must be the CPS2.

Has anyone run into this issue before?

You probably already did this, but just throwing it out there.

Things to check / do:
Check your voltages, 5.0v to 5.1v keeps CPS-2 Boards happy
Check connection between A/B Boards
Reseat A/B Boards
Clean Connector on both boards
Inspect for Battery leakage (if one is present)
Game might have suicided? If so just install an openkey (if you already haven't)
Clean JAMMA Edge Connector
