Acrylic cases and boxes for my PCBS and multis ideas and suggestions

Question, does the extended edge on the HighFlow cases get in the way when directly attaching a Supergun on a PCB, such as the HAS or Sentinel?
YES! I can't connect the HAS directly to the PCB because of the cases on both.

I currently use a cheap JAMMA extender to solve this problem, but soon my @Frank_fjs HAS Special Edition JAMMA extender will arrive! :)

BTW Frank still seems a little unsure if he will do a 2nd/future batch of these.
I suggest everyone please show your support sooner rather than later.

Thanks for the quick reply! Not ready to get a case just yet, but being able to take an extender into account helps! :)

Those JAMMA extenders with HAS kick harness support look great, I was planning on getting a Sentinel at the moment however but understood it has a different kick harness plug. Was hoping for a future run that is designed for the Sentinel.

Far as I'm aware both the Sentinel and HAS use the same connector, only the pinout is different.
You could use a small screwdriver/flathead and carefully pop the pins out of the head, then push them back in the right order/pinout.

Sentinel:
  1. P1 B4
  2. P1 B5
  3. P1 B6
  4. P2 B4
  5. P2 B5
  6. P2 B6
HAS:
  1. P1 B4
  2. P2 B4
  3. P1 B5
  4. P2 B5
  5. P1 B6
  6. P2 B6
I can confirm the HAS pinout above is correct, what I can't confirm is the pinout for the Sentinel... You may want to confirm with @Frank_fjs
Player 1 button 4 and Player 2 button 6 is a match, everything else is different.

@jassin000 chances are very high that the LCD will be the same as the ST-V one, so it can be deported anywhere you want it, I'm working on integration with my M72 board, just need to be hang with 4 holes near an edge for easy access, nothing difficult, I've done it with the ST-V case.

Hmm, interesting. I'll have to inquire about it then in that case. Thanks!

wouldn't be incompatible with an external remote
No, and I'm sure he will include a pin header for guys who want to mount it into a cab control panel.
Just for me, I'm going to want that hole cut into the top panel for easy access to the buttons/screen. ;)
I think new access holes are also going to be necessary for the kick/analog harnesses as well (and removal of the old C-board kicks hole).

It looks like the BOR45 is no longer stocked at Raja, does anyone have the original dimenstions of the box ?

Interesting, when I click on the link in the first post I get a 404 not found error.
Maybe it is because I am outside of France ?

Love the cases on display in this thread. I have a few of my own and I think they're great. Here's my newest one, a custom order for Tekken Tag Tournament (Namco System 12) - thanks @HighFlow!

did you have to special order to accommodate JNX Kick Harness adapter? Or does it fit with out issues?

Question, does the extended edge on the HighFlow cases get in the way when directly attaching a Supergun on a PCB, such as the HAS or Sentinel? I see the edge of the Acrylic extending past the JAMMA edge on the PCBs, and I'm worried there isn't enough clearing for the feet/bottom plexi of something like the HAS/Sentinel. Would they attach fine or would you need to use a JAMMA extension?

I'm specifically curious about the ST-V Acrylic if that makes a difference.
i have this problem with a couple Cases I bought recently from Highflow especially System32 and Data East. My solution is a jamma extension. Would be nice to have a notch cut out or raised to support a supergun.
