So...I opened up my old AES3-6, intending to do a USB C mod.

I failed. Not important.

What is important is that the original owner was a rat's nest modder, and he had an SVIDEO mod and a composite rca mod, as well as a godawful LED reset mod. I removed them. He'd done the RGB cleanup mod at some point. The issue is I get audio out of my system, but no video. The RGB voltages are hovering around 615mV, which I believe to be too low. The system has stable sync, 59.60Hz, but I'm just not getting any video. The Neo Geo is an unusual system and not one I'm particularly knowledgeable about, but I'm at something of a dead end here. Does anyone have any ideas?

What are you connecting it to? Some upscalers won't display anything if the sync signal is too weak. Can you redo the RGB bypass?

It was a RT4k. However, I also figured it out.

So, the RT4k has this nasty little occasional habit of just...not wanting to display video. I had a similar issue crop up with my HDMI modded Dreamcast a few weeks ago. After spending literally eleven hours frantically troubleshooting, I looked at my RT4k, thought "Hold the fuck on...", and power cycled the thing.

Everything is working perfectly...as it had been apparently all the time. All my other systems are HDMI modded (aside from the Saturn), and apparently the RT4k just had an analog hiccough with the Neo Geo. Never in all the history of the world was the phrase "Are you fucking kidding me?!" shouted with more incredulous vitriol than it was that night...

Adrian's Digital Basement YT channel has a RetroTink 5X and complains about it on almost every video for doing the same thing. :(

I've only had this issue crop up twice, but both times it happened at the most inconvenient moment possible.
