Aliexpress pre-flashed CF cards (a review)

So while poking around Aliexpress I noticed that TimeHarvest is not only selling modified NetDimms to use with Compact Flash cards, they were also selling pre-flashed and labeled cards. Given that the cost was $13US, which is what a decent card alone costs these days, I ordered a couple. Fast forward a month, and they have arrived. The labels are very nice quality, with rounded corners and a gloss finish. The cards themselves are both HAGIWARA SYS-COM 256MB CFI-256MDG which are rebranded Toshibas. So far, really nothing to complain about. They even came in blue protective cases.

interesting. do they work OK with original firmware 4.01 or require "4.02" hack ?

Here are the CF Cards and here are the Net Dimms. The later looks identical to mine, but I've had it for awhile.

I only have a a 4.02 Net Dimm.
