I have a few SCPH-5501 Playstations that would be great motherboard donors for X-Station ODE:

- Video (Comp, S, RGB) - OK
- Audio - OK- P1 & P2 Control - OK
- Memory 1 & 2 - OK
- CD Drive - BAD
- CD Button - [some stuck]
- Power Supply - OK
- Power Button - [some intermittent]

No cords/accessories included. Cases vary in level of yellowing. If you intend to use the case, plan on a deep cleaning as some are dirty.

Units are $10 each. No bulk discounts. USA Shipping via FedEx Ground is $10 for one unit + $5 for each additional.

Nice! That's about how much I paid for a 5501 with busted drive. I might hit you up if I screw up this install. :D LOL
 
Went to a local game store couple weeks back to purchase this model PS1. Asked the guy for one and he told me all his had broken drives and didn't have one working. I told him it didn't matter to me the cd drive was broken. POS then tells me he still wont sell one to me even for the price of a working one. I must have tipped him off that there was something going down on the scene and his scumbag instincts took over thinking he might be sitting on a horde of treasure. His stores not doing very well btw... He doesn't put prices on anything, and has a big sign at the register saying "We know how to use Ebay too" followed by how they will give you a price at checkout.

Is it difficult to get those x-stations? Haven't been keeping up.
 
@Kavas always good to go with a bad lie, like yours has a broken power button or something. Or your case is yellowed!

I had no problem buying one, but I did it first day, and haven't been paying attention since.

I just checked castlemania and they have preorders up. Little confused tho as :

Do all previous orders not have this feature? Sounds very convenient.
 
All gone! Thanks for helping me clear off some shelf space! Now someone needs to come up with a device that uses up all my SCPH-7501 units! :D
