Any Suggestions on Reviving A Failed SVG IGS PGM Cart?

Final update on this cart. I received the cart back from Apocalypse with the original bad GALs. I programmed fresh GALs with the new PLD files and it works fine after hours of being left on. I’m happy to call this repair a success - thank you to everyone that offered advice.
