Anyone know how to ground a Neo Candy 29?

I'm trying to add a ground line because I'm getting some video interference with the MiSTerCade. I sliced open the power cable sheath and found only a black and white wire inside - no green ground wire. I've heard that it's possible to connect a wire to the ground pin on a plug and a certain screw (the earth ground, I guess?) on the cabinet, but I have no idea which screw I'm looking for. Has anybody out there managed to ground one of these cabinets?

I’m pretty sure the ground screw is located in a small recessed area where the cord exits from the cabinet. It should be noted Ground or have the appropriate symbol.

Correct. There's a post just above where the cord goes in at the back.

Personally, I would replace the 2-wire power cord with a 3-wire one. Like this

Thanks guys! I really appreciate the help. I found the little nut by the cord and was able to ground it that way for now, but I'll probably get around to doing it nem's way at some point.
