Bought a NetDIMM and it had these 2 boards on the bottom. I pulled both off and plugged the netdimm in and it works just fine.
Anyone know what these are?

they're used for linkable games- they are the networking hardware that actually connects to the optical ports
they're not worth a whole lot- like 20$ ea or less, but i use them for example for virtual on and gundam vs.
