Requesting additional information from @Darksoft and friends to use this CPS-3 palmodding guide by @Maruchan on a board that is equipped with Darksoft Ultra CPS3 SIMM:

The patch can be applied to my multi as well, you just need to edit the image files that you write to the simms and edit the part that you want. Just get the image file for simm #5, split it into 8 parts and the would be the part corresponding to the gameslot that you're using.
