[thevowel]

A loaded truck belonging to Gamecenter Arcade in Kent, WA was stolen on Wednesday.

Keep your eyes peeled for sketchy sales, please?

I'm the owner of gamecenter arcade. Working on an inventory of the stolen items atm and hope to post it around early tomorrow. Thanks for everyone for spreading the word.

I'll post it on KLOV too, and also facebook marketplace and offerup would be places to watch for

[benime]

I just read the article over at KIRO7 that really blows!

Oh man, so sorry to hear this!

Seems targeted, not random, given the details. Someone who knows what you have and when it'd be in the truck.

Nothing too strange has been posted for Sale yet

Lets all look out for each other and catch them by watching listings.
A list would help.

TV news picked it up:

Pleasantly suprised to see it's been covered by the local news.
Good luck @misu

So was the truck being used to store mostly pcbs and tools?

[Darksoft]

Damn, that's really no cool. Everyone please let's keep an eye on these. Hopefully we can catch them when they sell anything from that list.

Correct, along with two cabinets. They were in the middle of moving some things to a new location when this happened.

[bubba966]

Did any of it ever get recovered?

[CamoYoshi]

The truck was severely damaged and finally was repaired last month enough to be working again. It still needs to go back to the shop for further repairs that are not critical at this time.

All stolen items have not been recovered at this time.

[bubba966]

Oof that's the sad answer to my question. Sounds like the worst outcome honestly

[RepairGuy95]

I hope you find them eventually. This is really sad.

It is my first time hearing that someone steals arcade cabinets.

I hope you get them back soon.

The thieves were mostly after the truck rather than the games; it just so happened that two cabinets and a load of PCBs and tools were on the truck at the time of it being stolen. Just a unfortunate consequence.
