Thanks for the really cool project. Probably a dumb question, but with Gradius IV could I just download the 837c01.27p mame rom, apply the selected patch, burn the rom to a 160 then replace it on my pcb, or do I have to extract this rom specifically from my specific board and then apply the patch/burn?
